ECVA's Mission

In 2019, Emerald Coast Veterans Alliance, Inc. (ECVA) was formed as a 501(c)(3) Public Charity to provide resources to Veterans in need throughout Northwest Florida, also known as the Emerald Coast.

 

As of 2023, the ECVA, through various fundraising efforts, has been able to provide over $75,000 to organizations supporting local Veterans.

 

Each November, we set aside a special time to honor the sacrifices our brave military veterans have made.  Originally called Armistice Day, Veterans Day falls on the anniversary of World War I. The holiday was renamed in 1954 to honor the service of all military members.

 

The desire to extend support and resource to veterans is deeply rooted in the set of principles of each Branch of Service. In the Army, it's called The Soldiers Creed. One of the tenets of that Creed is, "I will never leave a fallen comrade." For the volunteers and members of ECVA, that extends well beyond the battlefield. Join us to ensure none of our local veterans are left behind.
